The long version: every founder we know spent their first two years of company-building context-switching between five customer tools. Every one of them said, out loud, "there must be a better way to do this." Every one of them was wrong. There wasn't.
So we built it. EllorCharlie is a CRM that treats the customer as a single object with a single timeline. Support, sales, billing, onboarding — one surface. No handoffs. No tool-switching. No duct tape.
What we believe
Software should earn its subscription every month. Pricing should be on the pricing page. Founders should sleep.
We write essays about the product and the business of building it. We ship a changelog every week. We answer our own support tickets. If you email us, one of the three of us will email you back.
What we don't do
We don't run a sales dance. We don't discount for enterprise. We don't lock pricing behind a call. We don't make you sign a three-year contract to save ten percent. We don't have a BDR team.
We're a small company. We'd like to stay that way.
