2. Your content
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to operate the service. We do not sell it and we do not train models on it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use EllorCharlie to send spam, commit fraud, or break the law. You know what we mean.
4. Termination
You can cancel any time, one click, no hoops. We can terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
5. Liability
We do our best. Software sometimes breaks. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.
