Step 1 — Export your data
From HubSpot, export Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets as CSV. You can keep custom fields — EllorCharlie’s importer will preserve them.
Step 2 — Map your fields
Our import wizard auto-maps the HubSpot defaults. Custom fields get a preview — you can rename or merge before import.
Step 3 — Bring in historical email and Slack
Connect Gmail or Outlook and Slack via OAuth. EllorCharlie will backfill the last 90 days of threads into the unified customer timeline automatically.
Step 4 — Invite the team
Cutover takes about ten minutes. Invite your team, share the keyboard shortcut cheat sheet, and cancel HubSpot.
